Your satisfaction with Beautiphi Your Skin products and products purchased through our shopify is very important to us and we strive to provide you with only the best product and purchase experience. You should note that this Return Policy applies only if you have purchased your product from beautiphiskin.com. If you have purchased a product at our office, you should contact the office for their return policy, which will apply to your purchase.
Purchases made through this Site have the option of returning any unused/unopened product for a refund within 30 days of the shipment date stated on the invoice.
To request a Return Merchandise, please log into your shopify customer account and initiate the return through your customer account. If you have any questions please email us at hello@beautiphiskin.com. Please include the original invoice number and the name of the product(s) you wish to return, along with the reason for the return, and any additional comments. Once email is received the review process can take up to 2 business days. Returns not processed through the customer account can take longer to process and refund.
If a return authorization is granted, you will receive a confirmation email for the return along with a return shipping label. You have up to 7 days to ship your return. If you do not ship within 7 days, your shipping label will expire, and you will need to initiate another return.. Once the item(s) is received, you will receive a Return Confirmation email, and pending review notification. If granted you will be issued a refund to the original form of payment, for the cost of the product(s) minus the cost of the return shipping label. Original Shipping costs are not refundable. We ask that you allow up to 7-10 business days for the credit process to reflect in your account.

Items received more than 30 days after purchase date or that have been opened may not be returned, refunded or exchanged in any way.
Items purchased in a skin care professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
