Processing Time

Orders are processed within [2-3 business days] after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
During peak periods or sales, processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options:

Priority Shipping: Typically delivers within 2-7 business days of ship date.

Shipping fees are flat rate. Shipping is $9 for all orders less than $150. Any order over $150 will receive free shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship domestically.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping:

Provide your order number and tracking information.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and find a suitable solution.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. You will be responsible for shipping charges if the package is returned.
